Art. 16 Anforderungen an die Konzeption des Jackpots
Der Jackpot muss so konzipiert sein, dass: a. keine Rückschlüsse auf den Zeitpunkt möglich sind, zu dem der Jackpot ausgelöst wird; b. bei einer technischen Störung keinerlei Daten verloren gehen und die Jackpotsumme rekonstruiert werden kann.
