Art. 4 Spielbankenspiele
1 Die Spielbanken können unter Beachtung von Artikel 3 VGS folgende Spielbankenspiele durchführen: a. Tischspiele; b. automatisiert durchgeführte Geldspiele; c. Jackpots. 2 Als Tischspiele gelten insbesondere: a. Boulespiel; b. Roulette; c. Glücksrad oder Big Wheel; d. Blackjack; e. Punto Banco; f. Baccara oder Chemin de fer; g. Poker; h. Casino Stud Poker; i Sic Bo; j. Craps. 3 Als Tischspiele gelten auch Varianten und Kombinationen der Spiele nach Absatz 2.
