Title 5 Courts

Write the words of this act the way you think they should read. Solon shows your change as a redline against the published text and pins it to that exact text, so it can never be applied to wording you did not see.

What to do with it
As published

5-9-118. Judge may be district court commissioner; private

practice of law prohibited; magistrate of circuit court permitted to practice law. A judge of a circuit court may be appointed to and hold the office of district court commissioner. A judge of a circuit court shall devote full time to the office and may not engage in the private practice of law. A magistrate of a circuit court, who is otherwise authorized to practice law in Wyoming, may engage in the private practice of law so long as that practice does not conflict with his duties as magistrate of a circuit court.

One line that says what changes, such as "Halve the dog tax".

Who it helps, what it costs, what it fixes. It is what persuades people to support it.

A proposal here is not law. Support on Solon is evidence that people want the change; the official route says what it takes to make it law.
