Art. 22 Betrieb und Betriebskosten
1 Nach Abschluss des Baus des CTAO betreibt das CTAO ERIC das Observatorium und führt ein Forschungs- und Entwicklungsprogramm für seine weitere nachhaltige Entwicklung durch. 2 Der Betrieb des CTAO wird aus dem Jahreshaushalt des CTAO ERIC finanziert. 3 Die Beiträge der Mitglieder zum Jahreshaushalt des CTAO ERIC werden nach dem Schema in Anhang C aufgeteilt.
