Schwangerschaftsabbruch 1 Der Abbruch einer Schwangerschaft ist gemäss den Bestimmungen des Schweizerischen Strafgesetzbuches durchzuführen. 2 Jeder Schwangerschaftsabbruch muss für statistische Zwecke dem Kantonsarzt mitgeteilt werden, wobei die Anonymität der betreffenden Frau gewahrt bleibt.
