Begleitung der Patienten in einer Gesundheitsinstitution 1 Jede Person, die sich in einer Gesundheitsinstitution aufhält, hat Anspruch auf Betreuung und Beratung während des ganzen Aufenthalts. Sie hat insbesondere Anspruch auf Unterstützung von Seiten ihrer Angehörigen. 2 Auf Wunsch des Patienten können vom Staatsrat anerkannte unabhängige gemeinnützige Organisationen bei der Begleitung der Patienten in einer Gesundheitsinstitution helfen. Die Institutionen halten für ihre Patienten eine Liste dieser Organisationen zur Verfügung.
