Begleitung am Lebensende 1 Menschen in ihrer letzten Lebensphase haben in Würde und wenn möglich im Rahmen ihres gewohnten Lebensumfelds ein Anrecht auf ihren Bedürfnissen entsprechende Pflege, namentlich Palliative Car, auf Linderung, Unterstützung und Trost. 2 Der Staat gewährleistet im Rahmen der Gesundheitsplanung die Entwicklung und Unterstützung der Palliative Care im Kanton.
