§ 69¹. Pensioni investeerimiskonto avamise ja pensioni investeerimiskontoga seotud vahetustehingute erisused
(1) Käesoleva seaduse §-s 3¹ nimetatud pensioni investeerimiskontot ei saa avada enne 2021. aasta 1. aprilli. (2) Käesoleva seaduse § 24 lõikes 2 nimetatud vahetustehingu tegemiseks saab §-s 25 nimetatud vahetamise avaldust esitama hakata alates 2021. aasta 1. aprillist.

(1) Käesoleva seaduse §-s 3¹ nimetatud pensioni investeerimiskontot ei saa avada enne 2021. aasta 1. aprilli. (2) Käesoleva seaduse § 24 lõikes 2 nimetatud vahetustehingu tegemiseks saab §-s 25 nimetatud vahetamise avaldust esitama hakata alates 2021. aasta 1. aprillist.
