Verbandsgemeinden mit teilweise kommunaler Abfallsammlung 1 Verbandsgemeinden, die dem Gemeindeverband die Sammlung der Siedlungsabfälle nicht oder nicht vollständig übertragen, haben mit Bezug auf die Abfall-Lieferung die gleiche Stellung wie Nicht-Verbandsmitglieder. 2 Davon ausgenommen sind Verbandsgemeinden, welche die Sammlung der Siedlungsabfälle bis anhin durch eigene kommunale Dienste durchgeführt haben und weiter durchführen. 3 Besondere Vereinbarungen bleiben vorbehalten.
