Art. 7
Austritt aus dem Gemeindeverband 1 Die Verbandsgemeinde kann unter Einhaltung einer Frist von fünf Jahren auf das Ende eines Geschäftsjahres aus dem Gemeindeverband austreten. 2 Die Verbandsgemeinde hat ihre bis zum Austritt entstehenden Verpflichtungen zu erfüllen. Sie hat keinen Anspruch auf die Rückerstattung von Leistungen oder auf einen Anteil am Verbandsvermögen. 3 Der Austritt wird erst wirksam, wenn die Verbandsgemeinde ihre Verpflichtungen in einer Austrittsvereinbarung schriftlich anerkannt hat.
