Autoriõiguse seaduse § 19 täiendatakse punktiga 3¹ järgmises sõnastuses: „3¹) õiguste objekti töötlemine teksti- ja andmekaeve eesmärkidel ning tingimusel, et selline kasutamine ei taotle ärilisi eesmärke;”.
