§ 4. Säilituseksemplar
Säilituseksemplar on füüsilisel teabekandjal avaldatud väljaanne ja võrguväljaanne (edaspidi koos väljaanne) ning füüsilisel teabekandjal avaldatud väljaande algmaterjal, mida säilitatakse käesoleva seaduse eesmärkide täitmiseks.
