§ 24c Vermeidung von Interessenkonflikten
Ist die Genehmigungsbehörde bei der Umweltverträglichkeitsprüfung zugleich Trägerin des UVP-pflichtigen Vorhabens, so ist die Unabhängigkeit des Behördenhandelns bei der Wahrnehmung der Aufgaben nach dieser Verordnung durch geeignete organisatorische Maßnahmen sicherzustellen, insbesondere durch eine angemessene funktionale Trennung.
