STIFTUNGSFOND UND VERMÖGEN Der Stiftungsfond beträgt CHF 30'000.-- (Schweizerfranken dreissigtausend) und kann jederzeit durch Bareinzahlungen oder Zuwendungen von anderen Vermögenswerten durch die Stifterin oder Dritte erhöht werden. Der Stiftungsfond ist nach Ermessen des Stiftungsrates im Rahmen des Stiftungszweckes zu verwenden bzw. anzulegen. Zum Vermögen der Stiftung gehören die von der Gemeinde übernommene und weiterentwickelte Datenbank sowie im Sinne von Artikel 2b erworbene Filme, Fotomaterial, Bücher und andere Werke, ebenso Urheberrechte / Copyrights.
