Art. 95b Zugang durch Abrufverfahren
Die Militärversicherung hat, soweit dies für die Erfüllung ihrer gesetzlichen Aufgaben notwendig ist, durch Abrufverfahren Zugang zu den Personendaten: a. des Personalinformationssystems der Armee; b. des Medizinischen Informationssystems der Armee. Eingefügt durch Ziff. I des BG vom 23. Juni 2000 (AS 2000 2765; BBl 2000 255). Fassung gemäss Anhang Ziff. 4 des BG vom 3. Okt. 2008 über die militärischen Informationssysteme, in Kraft seit 1. Jan. 2010 (AS 2009 6617; BBl 2008 3213).
