Etappe 2 – Aufgaben des COPIL 1 Während der Etappe 2 hat der COPIL folgende Aufgaben (Art. 10): a) auf Antrag des COPRO die relevanten Entwicklungen validieren, welche die Qualität, das Programm, die Planung und die Kosten des Projekts im Verhältnis zum Projektpflichtenheft beeinflussen; b) das Referenzpflichtenheft validieren, das als Grundlage für das Baubewilligungsgesuch, die Ausschreibungen und das Verpflichtungskreditgesuch dient; c) das Projektbudget auf Antrag des COPRO validieren.
