Art. 12 Notifica di diritti reali (art. 20 legge)
1Onde rendere possibile l’avanzamento di richieste relative al nuovo riparto, il geometra invia a tutti gli interessati un estratto delle proprietà possedute prima del RT come pure i formulari per la notifica dei diritti reali preesistenti al 1912. 2Il geometra richiede all’Ufficio del registro fondiario federale un estratto dei diritti e delle servitù iscritte nel registro fondiario provvisorio.
