§ 28 Ausbilderzertifikat für die Schulung von Sprengstoffspürhunde-Teams
Die Berechtigung zur Schulung von Sprengstoffspürhunde-Teams erfordert nach Nummer 12.9.3.3 des Anhangs der Durchführungsverordnung (EU) 2015/1998 ein Ausbilderzertifikat. Die §§ 19 bis 23 gelten entsprechend. Einzelheiten zur Zertifizierung und Rezertifizierung des Ausbilders für Sprengstoffspürhunde-Teams sind der Anlage 3 zu entnehmen.
