Gesuch 1 Das Gesuch um Zusatzleistungen an Familien und Alleinerziehende ist jeweils bis 31. August schriftlich oder mündlich bei der Dienstabteilung Sozialversicherungen der Sozialdirektion einzureichen. 2 Werden die Gesuche verspätet eingereicht, werden allfällige Leistungen erst im nächsten Jahr ausgerichtet.
