Art. 7 III. Städtische Zusatzleistung
Leistung 1 Liegt das anrechenbare Einkommen der Gesuchstellenden (Art. 6) unter der Einkommensgrenze (Art. 5), wird die städtische Zusatzleistung zu den Kinder- und Ausbildungszulagen ausgerichtet. 2 Die Differenz zwischen der Einkommensgrenze und dem anrechenbaren Einkommen ergibt die Höhe der Zusatzleistung. Das Maximum beträgt Fr. 100.– pro Kind und Monat, das Minimum Fr. 10.– pro Kind und Monat.
