Nominierung 1 Das Präsidium des Zweckverbandes hat alternierend ein Delegierter bzw. eine Delegierte des Kantons oder der Stadt Luzern inne. 2 Bei dessen Verhinderung übernimmt das Vizepräsidium die Aufgaben des Präsidiums. Es gehört nicht dem gleichen Gemeinwesen an wie das Präsidium. 3 Die Delegierten des jeweiligen Gemeinwesens bestimmen das Präsidium bzw. das Vizepräsidium aus ihren Delegierten. 4 Die Amtsdauer beträgt zwei Jahre.
