Zweck 1 Der Zweckverband will den Bestand und die Weiterentwicklung der grossen Kulturbetriebe des Kantons mit überregionaler Bedeutung sichern. 2 Zur Erfüllung dieses Zwecks schliesst der Zweckverband mit den Trägerschaften der grossen Kulturbetriebe Leistungsvereinbarungen ab und richtet ihnen die vom Kanton und der Stadt Luzern dem Zweckverband zugesprochenen Beiträge aus.
