Art. 19 Eintragung und Veröffentlichung
1) Liegen keine Zurückweisungs- oder Abweisungsgründe vor und sind die erforderlichen Gebühren bezahlt worden, so trägt das Amt für Volkswirtschaft das Design im Register ein und veröffentlicht die Eintragung, es sei denn, dass ein Aufschub der Veröffentlichung beantragt worden ist. 2) Das Amt für Volkswirtschaft stellt dem Rechtsinhaber eine Eintragungsbescheinigung aus.
