Das Amt für Volkswirtschaft löscht auf Antrag das zu Gunsten einer Drittperson eingetragene Recht, wenn eine ausdrückliche Verzichtserklärung des Inhabers dieses Rechts oder eine andere genügende Urkunde vorgelegt wird.
