Art. 5 Vertretung bei mehreren Hinterlegern oder Inhabern eines Designs
1) Sind mehrere Personen Hinterleger eines Designs oder Inhaber eines Designrechts (Rechtsinhaber), so fordert das Amt für Volkswirtschaft sie auf, eine gemeinsame Vertretung zu bestellen. 2) Solange keine Vertretung bestimmt wurde, haben die Hinterleger oder Rechtsinhaber gegenüber dem Amt für Volkswirtschaft gemeinschaftlich zu handeln.
