§ 5. Hoiu-laenuühistu liikmeskonna moodustamise põhimõtted ning asukoht ja tegevuskoht
(1) Hoiu-laenuühistu tegutseb liikmesuse alusel ja see moodustatakse, arvestades käesoleva seaduse §-s 17 sätestatut. (2) Kehtetu (3) Hoiu-laenuühistu asukoht ja tegevuskoht peavad olema Eestis.
