Art. 1 Gegenstand
Dieses Reglement legt die Aufbauorganisation der Schweizerischen Nationalbank (SNB) fest, ordnet den Ablauf der Generalversammlung in Ergänzung zu den Artikeln 34–38 NBG und regelt Aufgaben und Tätigkeit von Bankrat, Direktorium, Erweitertem Direktorium und Kollegium der Stellvertreterinnen und Stellvertreter. Fassung gemäss Ziff. I des Beschlusses des Bankrates vom 8. April 2016, vom BR genehmigt am 3. Juni 2016 und in Kraft seit 15. Juli 2016 (AS 2016 2367).
