1 Das Kollegium der Stellvertreterinnen und Stellvertreter (Kollegium) setzt sich aus den Stellvertreterinnen und den Stellvertretern der Mitglieder des Direktoriums zusammen. 2 Der Vorsitz wechselt jährlich. Der Wechsel erfolgt auf Beginn eines Jahres. Fassung gemäss Ziff. I des Beschlusses des Bankrates vom 20. April 2022, vom BR genehmigt am 4. Mai 2022 und in Kraft seit 4. Mai 2022 (AS 2022 323).
