Art. 5 Generalsekretariat
1 Das Generalsekretariat ist die Stabsstelle der Aufsichts- und Leitungsgremien. Es wird von der Generalsekretärin oder dem Generalsekretär geleitet. 2 Das Generalsekretariat untersteht dem Direktorium. Im Rahmen seiner Tätigkeit für die Generalversammlung und den Bankrat ist es fachlich der Präsidentin oder dem Präsidenten des Bankrats unterstellt. 3 Das Generalsekretariat gehört administrativ zum I. Departement. Fassung gemäss Ziff. I des Beschlusses des Bankrates vom 20. April 2022, vom BR genehmigt am 4. Mai 2022 und in Kraft seit 4. Mai 2022 (AS 2022 323).
