Art. 15
Inkrafttreten 1 Die GDK setzt die Vereinbarung in Kraft6), wenn ihr 17 Kantone einschliesslich der Kantone mit Universitätsspital (Zürich, Bern, Basel-Stadt, Waadt und Genf) beigetreten sind. Für später beigetretene Kantone tritt die Vereinbarung mit der Mitteilung gemäss Artikel 13 Absatz 1 in Kraft.
