Rückerstattung der Subvention 1 Falls Objekte nicht übertragen werden, welche beim Kauf vom Staat subventioniert wurden, kann der Kanton gemäß Subventionsgesetz vom 13. November 1995 und dem Entscheid des Staatsrates vom 7. November 1990 über die Übernahme der Schulden durch den Kanton eine Rückerstattung der Subventionen fordern.
