Nachfolgender Verkauf der Infrastrukturen: Vorkaufsrecht 1 Das im Gesetz vorgesehene Vorverkaufsrecht wird im Grundbuch eingetragen. 2 Der Inhaber des Vorkaufsrechts kann das Gebäude unter den Bedingungen erwerben, die der Verkäufer mit der Drittperson vereinbart hat, abzüglich des ihm gemäss der vorliegenden Verordnung zustehenden Gewinns.
