§ 12 Angabe der Wirtschaftsakteure
(1) Der Wirtschaftsakteur nennt den Marktüberwachungsbehörden auf deren Verlangen die Wirtschaftsakteure, 1. von denen er ein Produkt bezogen hat und 2. an die er ein Produkt abgegeben hat. (2) Der Wirtschaftsakteur muss die Angaben nach Absatz 1 für die Dauer von zehn Jahren nach dem Bezug des Produkts sowie nach der Abgabe des Produkts vorlegen können.
