1) Der Inhaber eines Betriebs nach Art. 3 Ziff. 2 der Richtlinie 2012/18/EU muss der Öffentlichkeit die Angaben nach Anhang 4 ständig zugänglich machen, auch im Internet. 2) Er muss die Angaben regelmässig überprüfen, gegebenenfalls anpassen und bei Änderungen nach Art. 12 und 13 auf den neuesten Stand bringen.
