Das Amt für Umweltschutz kann für die Prüfung und Beurteilung des Kurzberichts und der Risikoermittlung Sachverständige beiziehen. Die anfallenden Kosten, die aufgrund eines besonderen Aufwandes entstehen, werden dem Inhaber in Rechnung gestellt.
