Art. 35 Übergangsbestimmung
Inhaber von Betrieben nach Art. 2 Abs. 1 Bst. a und b, die neu in den Geltungsbereich dieser Verordnung fallen, müssen dem Amt für Umwelt den Kurzbericht nach Art. 5 spätestens drei Jahre nach Inkrafttreten der Verordnung einreichen.
