§ 23. Notari asendaja vastutus
(1) Notari asendaja vastutab notariga samadel alustel. (2) Notari taotlusel nimetatud notari asendaja (§ 20 lõiked 1 ja 2) tegevusega tekitatud varalise kahju eest vastutavad notar ja tema asendaja solidaarselt. (3) Notarite Koja taotlusel nimetatud notari asendaja (§ 20 lõige 4) tegevusega tekitatud varalise kahju eest vastutavad Notarite Koda ja asendaja solidaarselt.
