(1) Notarite Koja eestseisus koosneb Notarite Koja esimehest, aseesimehest ning eestseisuse liikmetest. (2) Eestseisus valitakse kolmeks aastaks. (3) Eestseisuse istungid toimuvad üldjuhul üks kord kuus ja need kutsub kokku Notarite Koja esimees.
