Propose a change

Title 1 Civil Procedure

Write the words of this act the way you think they should read. Solon shows your change as a redline against the published text and pins it to that exact text, so it can never be applied to wording you did not see.

Your change, as a redline

1-5-101. Actions to be brought where real property situated; exceptions.

(a) Actions for the following causes shall be brought in the county in which the subject of the action is situate, except as provided in W.S. 1-5-102 and 1-5-103: (i) For the recovery of real property, or of an estate or interest therein; (ii) For the partition of real property; (iii) For the sale of real property under a mortgage, lien or other encumbrance or charge.

One line that says what changes, such as "Halve the dog tax".

Who it helps, what it costs, what it fixes. It is what persuades people to support it.

A proposal here is not law. Support on Solon is evidence that people want the change; the official route says what it takes to make it law.
