§ 10 Anhängige Beteiligungsverfahren
Die bis zum 31. Dezember 2008 förmlich eingeleiteten Beteiligungsverfahren im Bereich der Bundesagentur für Außenwirtschaft, Verfahren vor der Einigungsstelle oder personalvertretungsrechtliche Beschlussverfahren vor den Verwaltungsgerichten werden von dem Bundesamt für Wirtschaft und Ausfuhrkontrolle und dem Personalrat des Bundesamtes für Wirtschaft und Ausfuhrkontrolle fortgeführt.
