Patent – Entzug 1 Das Patent wird entzogen, wenn: a) der Inhaber die ihm durch dieses Gesetz oder das Ausführungsreglement auferlegten Pflichten nicht beachtet; b) eine der Bedingungen für die Erteilung nicht mehr erfüllt ist; c) der Inhaber geschuldete Gebühren und Abgaben nicht bezahlt.
