§ 17 Einziehung
Ist eine Ordnungswidrigkeit nach § 16 Abs. 1 begangen worden, so können Gegenstände, auf die sich die Ordnungswidrigkeit bezieht, und Gegenstände, die zu ihrer Begehung oder Vorbereitung gebraucht worden oder bestimmt gewesen sind, eingezogen werden. § 23 des Gesetzes über Ordnungswidrigkeiten ist anzuwenden.
