§ 17 Aussetzung des Zulassungsverfahrens
Die Entscheidung über den Antrag auf Zulassung zur Patentanwaltschaft kann ausgesetzt werden, wenn gegen die antragstellende Person ein Verfahren wegen des Verdachts einer Straftat anhängig ist, in dem der Tatvorwurf eine Verurteilung erwarten lässt, die eine Versagung der Zulassung zur Folge haben würde.
