§ 57 Stellung der Patentanwaltskammer
(1) Die Patentanwaltskammer ist eine bundesunmittelbare Körperschaft des öffentlichen Rechts. (2) Der Präsident des Deutschen Patent- und Markenamts führt die Staatsaufsicht über die Patentanwaltskammer. Die Aufsicht beschränkt sich darauf, dass Gesetz und Satzung beachtet und insbesondere die der Patentanwaltskammer übertragenen Aufgaben erfüllt werden.
