§ 94g Verwendung gefälschter Berufsqualifikationsnachweise
Wird durch das Oberlandesgericht oder den Bundesgerichtshof festgestellt, dass ein Patentanwalt bei einem Antrag auf Anerkennung seiner Berufsqualifikation nach der Richtlinie 2005/36/EG in der jeweils geltenden Fassung einen gefälschten Berufsqualifikationsnachweis verwendet hat, hat das Gericht seine Entscheidung spätestens am Tag nach dem Eintritt der Rechtskraft der Patentanwaltskammer zu übermitteln.
