§ 87 Strafvorschriften
(1) Mit Freiheitsstrafe bis zu drei Jahren oder mit Geldstrafe wird bestraft, wer 1. einer vollstreckbaren gerichtlichen Anordnung nach § 55 Absatz 3 Satz 1 oder einer vollziehbaren Anordnung nach § 55 Absatz 3 Satz 2 zuwiderhandelt und dadurch den Zweck der Anordnung gefährdet oder 2. einer vollstreckbaren gerichtlichen Anordnung nach § 56 Absatz 5 Satz 1 oder einer vollziehbaren Anordnung nach § 56 Absatz 5 Satz 2 zuwiderhandelt und dadurch die kontinuierliche Feststellung seines Aufenthaltsortes durch das Bundeskriminalamt verhindert. (2) Die Tat wird nur auf Antrag des Bundeskriminalamtes verfolgt.
