Art. 14 Einbezug der kantonalen Forstbehörde
(Art. 11 Abs. 1 und 16 WaG) 1 Bevor Baubewilligungen für forstliche Bauten oder Anlagen im Wald nach Artikel 22 RPG erteilt werden, ist die zuständige kantonale Forstbehörde anzuhören. 2 Ausnahmebewilligungen für nichtforstliche Kleinbauten oder -anlagen im Wald nach Artikel 24 RPG dürfen nur im Einvernehmen mit der zuständigen kantonalen Forstbehörde erteilt werden.
