Stellung der Initiantinnen und Initianten 1 Die Initiantinnen und Initianten haben keinen Anspruch darauf, ihr Anliegen unmittelbar vor dem Büro, der Standeskommission oder dem Grossen Rat zu vertreten. * vgl.
