Grundstücksübertragungen – Besondere Fälle f) Tausch 1 Werden gleichwertige Objekte getauscht, so gilt als Bemessungsgrundlage der Wert eines Tauschobjekts. Bei unterschiedlichen Werten gilt der höhere Wert als Bemessungsgrundlage. Bei einem Aufpreis werden der tiefere Wert sowie der Aufpreis als Bemessungsgrundlage berücksichtigt.
