Grundstücksübertragungen – Zusatzabgaben der Gemeinden 1 Die Zusatzabgabe darf 100 % der Handänderungssteuer nicht übersteigen. 2 Anwendbar ist der bei Abschluss des Rechtsgeschäftes geltende Satz. 3 Die Gemeinden teilen dem Grundbuchamt ihres Bezirks den Satz ihrer Zusatzabgabe und jede Änderung dieses Satzes mit.
